The Expo attracted over 2,000 attendees with a constant flow of visitors to the CombiTile booth.

CombiLock chosen for the 2020 Australian Open - Children's pop-up aquatic play area

CombiTile’s aquatic critical fall height and drainage tile, CombiLock, was chosen for the splash pad play area at the Birrarung Marr site during the Australian Open Tennis in Melbourne in January 2020.

The play area was very popular with the children and no injuries were reported.

This was a pop-up aquatic play area showing CombiLock‘s versatility as an aquatic play area product. The CombiLock product has obtained certification under ASNZ4586:2013 Slip resistance classification – Appendix C Wet-Barefoot Inclining Platform Test.

CombiLock is recyclable, repositionable, contains no VOCs and requires no toxic installation materials or solvents. Water loss through evaporation is minimised due to water travelling beneath the CombiLock tile rather than across the surface.
