Playground Surfacing

The CombiFlex® system offers numerous advantages over traditional playground surfacing, including easy installation, combined attenuation and drainage, cost-effectiveness, durability, and simple repairs. It is suitable for both dry and wet playgrounds, lightweight, stackable, and inexpensive to transport. In artificial grass applications, it enhances drainage, cleanliness, and longevity.

The system accommodates optional fill like sand or rubber crumb, maintaining shock attenuation. It enables predetermined shock attenuation properties, reducing sports-related injuries. Consistent surface levels are assured with a standard installation method. There’s no leaching of VOCs, and the system remains uncompressed over time, ensuring no degradation in fall height rating, even in waterpark environments.

Key Features

The CombiFlex® system also provides the following benefits not readily available in traditional technology playground surfacing systems:

  • Easy installation
  • Attenuation & drainage in one
  • Cost effective, cheaper than most attenuating systems
  • Long lasting
  • Simple to repair if required
  • Ideal for both dry and wet playgrounds
  • Lightweight, stackable, inexpensive to transport
  • Fill, such as sand, or rubber crumb, is optional with the CombiTile System
  • If fill is preferred and eventually consolidates, shock attenuating properties are maintained
  • Under loose fill applications is easier to maintain, keep clean and offers permanent attenuating properties
  • In artificial grass applications – good drainage, cleaner surface and increased longevity
  • The CombiTile System allows pre-determined shock attenuating properties;
  • Will reduce sport-related injuries;
  • The CombiTile System allows Consistent surface levels provided by a standard installation method;
  • No leaching of VOC’s from the materials used to produce CombiTile products;
  • No VOCs used in installation materials;
  • No compression of the system over time and so no degradation of the fall height rating;
  • Light and easy to transport to site;
  • Easy drainage and airflow through the CombiFlex structure;
  • No degradation in a waterpark environment.
